At Salon Lux, we constantly strive for the utmost in personal care and to consistently provide you with quality and efficient service. If you are dissatisfied with any service at Salon Lux, please notify the Salon Manager within 72 hours of your service.
Gift card must be present at the time of service. Salon Lux is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Cards are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. However, they may be accepted in the form of cash, check, or an ATM is available for your convenience.
If unhappy with a retail purchase, an exchange will be accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Styling tools, makeup, and skin care are final sale.
We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Calling to cancel your appointment within 48 hours allows us to inform our standby guests of an availability. We thank you for your understanding and patronage.
To service you more efficiently, all haircut services include a complimentary blow dry. When booked for a color service without a haircut, blow drys are at an additional charge.
DIY Blow Dry Bar
Clients are welcome to use our blow dry bar following their color service. Complimentary blow dryers, brushes, and hair products are provided.
